A manual collage work using two pictorial techniques:

Cyanotype was invented by the Englishman John Herschel (1792-1871) in 1842. The process relies on the sensitivity of iron salts to light. Light transforms ferric salts into ferrous salts. A sheet of paper is first coated with a brush using a solution of potassium ferricyanide and iron ammonium citrate. The sheet is then dried and placed under a negative and exposed to light. This causes the salts to yellow, through which the image appears. When the sheet is washed with clean water and dried again, the yellow turns into an intense, deep blue, similar to a mineral pigment: Prussian blue. The resulting positive image is permanent, meaning it is very resistant to light.

Linocut is a technique of engraving on linoleum.
All stages of creation: from drawing to engraving the support, inking to printing, are done by hand, artisanally.

Each print is hand-printed individually, so there are slight variations from one print to another. This highlights the true craftsmanship of the artwork and is part of the beauty and originality of each piece.

Each print is delivered unframed. It will be carefully packaged to protect it during shipping. The prints are sent unframed in a protective sleeve via the postal service.
